Cookie Dough Truffles

Cookie dough is one of my all time favorite things.  When I make cookies I'm lucky to actually BAKE any.  This recipe is just my thing!  

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

You'll need:

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup (2 sticks) room temperature butter 

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup milk

1 cup mini chocolate chips

Chocolate candy coating 

directions:

Beat butter and sugars and in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt and mix,   Stir in chocolate chips.

Cover and chill dough until firm.  Form dough into 1" balls and arrange on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Place sheets in freezer and let chill for 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate candy coating and dip your cookie dough balls.  

Store in fridge in an air tight container.
